Simplified Business by Velundari
Powerful technology. Less complexity. More time for what matters.
A hardware shop counts stock. A barbershop counts time. Most real businesses do a bit of each, and should not need two systems to do it.
Simplified Business is being built around the same day in four kinds of business: a retail shop, a salon or barbershop, a mixed business, and a business where the owner is also the person serving.
What it covers
A till that works on a phone behind the counter. Tap what the customer is buying, take the payment, hand over a receipt.
Products with stock, or services with a duration, or both together. Prices and tax live in one place.
Counts that move when you sell, an opening balance you can explain, and a note when something is running low.
Who came back, and what they bought last time — recorded at the till, without a separate task afterwards.
Add the people who work with you and decide what each can do. A cashier serves customers; a manager handles prices and refunds.
Today’s takings and what sold, in a form you can read between customers rather than at the end of the month.
What we are not building
A small business does not need an enterprise system with the difficult parts hidden. It needs a short tool that does the daily work completely. So there is no module you will never open, and no configuration screen standing between you and your first sale.
Where something genuinely does not fit on a phone screen, we would rather leave it out than make the till harder to use.
Simplified Business is in development. It is not yet available to buy, and nothing on this page describes a product you can purchase today.
