What this website does with your data
The short version
This website collects nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts that watch you read.
That is a description of how the site is built rather than a promise about intentions. There is no analytics code in it, no advertising network, and no embedded content from anyone else. The only thing it loads from another company is the typefaces, from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
If you email us
Your message, your name and your email address reach our inbox and stay there. We use them to reply to you and to tell you when Simplified Business is ready, if that is what you asked for.
We do not sell them, do not pass them to anyone else for their own purposes, and do not add you to anything you did not ask for. Tell us to delete your details and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
The product is separate
This page is about this website. Simplified Business, the product, is in development and is not open to customers. When it is, it will have its own privacy notice covering the business data it holds, because that is a different and much more serious undertaking than a brochure site.
