Fewer steps, not more features
Every screen earns its place. If a task takes four taps and could take two, that is a defect, not a preference.

Simplified Business by Velundari
Powerful technology. Less complexity. More time for what matters.
Most small businesses carry their numbers in three places at once: a notebook by the till, a spreadsheet at home, and someone’s memory.
That arrangement works until it matters. Until a customer asks what they paid last time, or stock runs out on the busiest morning of the week, or the figures have to be explained to somebody who was not there.
We are building one place for the work a shop, a salon or a workshop does every day — selling, stock, customers, staff, takings — so the owner spends the day in front of customers instead of in front of software.
What guides the work
Every screen earns its place. If a task takes four taps and could take two, that is a defect, not a preference.
One business cannot see another’s data. That separation is enforced by the database itself, not only by the application in front of it.
Prices are decided by the server, never by the browser. Takings are recorded once and can be reconciled afterwards.
Where we are
Simplified Business is being built now. It is not yet available to buy and we are not taking payment. When it is ready for its first businesses, we will say so plainly on this page.
We will say so here when it is ready.
